By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms applicable to specific features.

2. Use of the App

You may use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its functionality.

3. Content and Conversations

The app allows you to interact with an AI-powered service using the ChatGPT API. Please avoid sharing personal, sensitive, or confidential information in the chat, as we cannot guarantee complete privacy or control over data once sent to the ChatGPT API.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect anonymous usage statistics through Aptabase to improve the app's performance and understand usage trends. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which verifies purchases and syncs subscription status across your devices; for details on how we use RevenueCat data, see our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app responsibly and to avoid any behavior that may disrupt the experience for other users. This includes, but is not limited to, sending inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with or link to third-party services, including OpenAI's ChatGPT API, Aptabase, and RevenueCat (for subscription and purchase management). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or performance of third-party services.

7. AI Speech Model Restrictions

Some speech features in the app use Supertonic 3, an on-device text-to-speech model made available by Supertone under the BigScience Open RAIL-M license. By using those features, you agree that you will not use the model, the app's speech features, or any generated audio or other output from those features:

• in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors;
• to generate or spread false information for the purpose of harming others;
• to generate, reveal, or distribute personal data that can be used to harm an individual;
• to share machine-generated content without clearly disclosing that it is machine generated;
• to defame, harass, or impersonate another person without consent, including through deceptive voice cloning or deepfake-style use;
• for fully automated decision-making that adversely affects a person's legal rights or creates or changes a binding obligation;
• to discriminate against, exploit, or target individuals or groups based on protected traits, vulnerabilities, age, or social, physical, or mental characteristics;
• to provide medical advice or interpret medical results; or
• for law enforcement, immigration, asylum, or administration-of-justice uses such as profiling, risk scoring, or predicting criminal or fraudulent behavior.

These restrictions are material terms of your right to use the app's Supertonic 3-powered features. If you export, publish, or otherwise distribute content created with those features, you are responsible for complying with any applicable downstream restrictions that attach to that use.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app or content without our express permission.

9. Disclaimers

This app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the AI, and you use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, including the AI speech model restrictions above, or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
